Cage Warriors 84 goes down on June 2 in London and the card is starting to shape up. Added to the bill today is a welterweight clash between Craig White (10-7) and Håkon Foss (8-3).
A deserving winner of your fan’s picks Submission of the Night and The Sprawl‘s choice for Fight of the Night back at Cage Warriors 80, White put on a hell of a show in snatching a triangle choke victory over Thomas Robertsen in the dying seconds of their less-than-a-round classic. Not one to go the judges very often, White earned his 10th stoppage victory that night, having only ever won inside the distance.
Foss last competed at Cage Warriors 81, also grabbing a submission victory, albeit a little bit earlier the round, stopping Martyn Harris with a rear-naked choke. The last time Foss lost was in 2015 to a certain Karl Amoussou, current CWFC welterweight champion.
Add this fight to yesterday’s announcement and those revealed previously, you’ve got yourself a card in the making.
