A Lightweight Championship fight between Stephen O’Keefe and Thor Palsson is set to headline Fightstar Championship 13.
The promotional revealed the news exclusively to The Sprawl earlier this week.
O’Keefe (7-3) lost his professional debut, but since then has only lost twice, first to Conor McGregor, yes, that one, and second to now Cage Warriors Lightweight Kingpin Chris Fishgold. In his most recent outing, he defeated Sean Carter at Cage Warriors 84.
Palsson (4-0) debuted on SHINOBI WAR 8, but since then has fought only on Fightstar Championship. Out of his four victories, the Icelandic fighter has amassed two finishes, with two decisions. He won the lightweight belt last time out at Fightstar 12.
Fightstar Championship 12 takes place live from the Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre in Brentford, England on Saturday, December 9.
