Cage Warriors have announced another bout for their upcoming CW84 card in June, as lightweights Tom Green (11-1) and Alexander Jacobsen (7-1) are set to do battle.
Green will be hoping it’s third time lucky, having been booked twice previously to compete for Cage Warriors only for neither bout to come to fruition. A staple of the Fusion FC promotion, Green has competed almost exclusively on the show, fighting 11 times for the organisation.
A winner of our Fan’s Pick KO of the Night award back at Cage Warriors 80, Jacobsen comes into the fight with some momentum. As well as the highlight reel stoppage of Tim Wilde in his last outing, Jacobsen has now racked up seven consecutive wins.
A welterweight matchup between Brad Wheeler and Matt Inman was also recently announced for the card.
