A bantamweight scrap between #2 ranked Urijah Faber and #14 ranked Jimmie Rivera has been added to the UFC’s debut show in Cleveland on Sept. 10.

The bout was announced during the weigh in show for UFC Fight Night 91, which takes place in Sioux Falls, South Dakota tomorrow night.

Faber (33-9 MMA, 9-5 UFC) is coming off a unanimous decision loss to current UFC Bantamweight Champion Dominick Cruz at UFC 199. Faber went 3-2 in the five bouts leading up to his third fight against Cruz, dropping a stoppage to Renan Barao and a decision to Frankie Edgar. During the run, Faber submitted Alex Caceres and Francisco Rivera, before taking a decision win against Frankie Saenz in the fight that ultimately earned him the title shot.

Rivera (19-1 MMA, 3-0 UFC) started his UFC campaign in perfect fashion, as he knocked out Marcus Brimage in just under 90-seconds. To follow that up, Rivera picked up a split decision win against Pedro Munhoz to extend his record to 18-1, before sealing the 19th win of his professional career at UFC on FOX 18 against Iuri Alcantara. Rivera is one of the hottest prospects in the UFC right now, with his only loss coming via split decision in his second professional outing.

UFC 203 takes place in Cleveland, Ohio, on Sept. 10 and is headlined by a heavyweight title fight between newly crowned champion Stipe Miocic and Alistair Overeem.
