British UFC Middleweight Tom Breese will not be stepping into the octagon any time soon. The former 170 pound fighter announced on Facebook that he would be out for a while after suffering multiple injuries in his knee.

The specifics have not yet been shared, but what we know is Breese has torn his ACL and Meniscus in his right knee. He has not yet given a specific time frame on his return. With the 25-year-old being British, many fans had hoped he would appear on the UFC Glasgow card in July, but that now seems unlikely.

After suffering his first professional defeat in a bout against Sean Strickland at UFC 199, Breese announced his move up to Middleweight, but hours after weigh ins his fight with Oluwale Bamgbose, which was supposed to take place at UFC London, was scrapped.
