After being signed by the Ultimate Fighting Championship, former Cage Warriors featherweight titleholder Alex Enlund seemed to finally have his big break, but it seems his UFC tenure is now over.

UFC Fighters Info, an algorithm that publicises the changes in the UFC roster, reported the news on Twitter earlier.

Enlund (14-2) hasn’t stepped into the octagon since June of 2016, where he extended his winning streak to seven by submitting Paulo Boer at ICE FC 16. Enlund was the Cage Warriors Featherweight Champion, winning the vacant title in a five round war against now champion Nad Narimani.
