Louis Smolka, who is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in the UFC today, dropped his second loss in a row tonight, and it was a really disheartening one. Smolka was defeated by Ray Borg after three rounds.
It seemed like Smolka just didn’t have an answer for Borg’s wrestling, and eventually lost a decision. The performance was uncharacteristic for Smolka, but there is a reason behind it.
