A flyweight match-up between Joseph Benavidez and Ben Nguyen has been added to UFC Fight Night 110.

The UFC announced the bout on Thursday.

Benavidez (25-4 MMA, 12-2 UFC) has only lost twice in the UFC, and both of those losses have came to UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson. The Team Alpha Male Fighter went 3-0 in the UFC before losing to Johnson the first time, and then put together another three fight winning streak, before his second loss to “Mighty Mouse”. Since that loss, the 32-year-old has won six straight.

Nguyen (17-6 MMA, 3-1 UFC) moved down from bantamweight upon signing with the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and won his first two bouts, defeating Alptekin Ozkilic and Ryan Benoit respectively. The 28-year-old then faced Louis Smolka at UFC Sioux Falls, but was stopped in the second round. In his most recent outing, “Ben 10” defeated Geane Herrera via decision.

UFC Fight Night 110 takes place live from the Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand on June 11. A heavyweight bout between Derrick Lewis and Mark Hunt will headline the card.
