A women’s bantamweight contest between Jessica Eye and Aspen Ladd has been added to The Ultimate Fighter 25 Finale.

BJPenn.com’s Chris Taylor first reported the news on Twitter, although there has been no official announcement from the promotion yet.

Eye (11-6 1NC) will very likely be fighting for her job on July 7, as she has lost her last four straight octagon bouts. Prior to this streak, the Cleveland native had gone 1-1, with 1 No Contest; the NC coming after a decision win was overturned due to Eye failing a drug test for marijuana. The past four losses have been at the hands of Miesha Tate, Julianna Pena, Sara McMann and Bethe Correia.

Ladd (5-0) will be making her UFC debut against Eye at the TUF 25 Finale. Having fought all of her professional bouts under the Invicta FC banner, the 22-year-old has high level experience. The American managed to finish four of her first four professional bouts before picking up a decision win over Sijara Eubanks at Invicta FC 21 in her most recent outing.

The Ultimate Fighter 25 Finale takes place live from The T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 7, 2017.
