A welterweight match-up between Gunnar Nelson and Alan Jouban has been announced for UFC London, and will co-headline the card.

The fight was announced by the promotion on Twitter.

Nelson (15-2-1 MMA, 6-2 UFC) has continued to impress with his slick ground game and ever improving striking. “Gunni” opened up his UFC stint by going 4-0 with three finishes. His first defeat came against Rick Story, where he dropped a split decision in the main event of UFC Stockholm. He rebounded by tapping Brandon Thatch at UFC 189 before dropping a decision to BJJ whiz Demian Maia. In his most recent outing, Nelson submitted Albert Tumenov at UFC Rotterdam.

Jouban (15-4 MMA, 6-2 UFC) made his UFC debut in 2014 with a first round knockout over Seth Baczynski before losing a unanimous decision to Warlley Alves. He rebounded from the loss by stopping Richard Walsh and taking a decision over Matt Dwyer. At UFC 192, Jouban was stopped by Albert Tumenov. Since that loss, he’s picked up three straight wins over Brendan O’Reilly, Belal Muhammad and Mike Perry respectively.

UFC Fight Night 107 takes place live from the O2 Arena in London, England, on March 18, 2017. The card is set to be headlined by a light heavyweight match-up between Jimi Manuwa and Corey Anderson.
