Light Heavyweight’s Gian Villante and Patrick Cumminsa are set to square off at UFC on FOX 25.

Newsday first reported the bout.

Villante (15-8) is coming off a devastating loss to Mauricio “Shogun” Rua. The fight took place at UFC Fortaleza, and Villante was stopped in the third round. Prior to that, the New York native defeated Saparbek Safarov via TKO. Villante holds a UFC record of 5-5.

Cummins (9-4 MMA, 5-4 UFC) made his UFC debut on short notice against the now UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier; Rough, eh? He lost that bout via TKO in the first round, but then defeated Roger Narvaez, Kyle Kingsbury and Antonio Carlos Junior respectively. Cummins then faced Ovince Saint Preux, but was stopped in the first round. He returned, and defeated Rafael Cavalcante before losing two straight to Glover Teixeira and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. In his most recent outing, Cummins defeated Jan Blachowicz.
