A women’s strawweight fight between Claudia Gadelha and Cortney Casey has been added to UFC Fight Night 100, which takes place in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The UFC announced the news on Tuesday.

Gadelha (13-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 45, where she defeated Tina Lahdemaki via unanimous decision. The Brazilian then faced Joanna Jędrzejczyk at UFC on FOX 13; after a back and forth fight, Gadelha suffered the first loss of her professional MMA career, with two of the three judges awarding the fight to Jędrzejczyk. Gadelha rebounded from the loss with a decision victory over Jessica Aguilar which earned her a shot at the title, against rival Jędrzejczyk. After a heated build up, Gadelha and Jędrzejczyk battled for five rounds in a rematch, but Jędrzejczyk ultimately walked away with the victory.

Casey (6-3 MMA, 2-2 UFC) made her promotional debut at UFC Glasgow, but lost a unanimous decision to Joanne Calderwood. In her second UFC outing, “Cast Iron” faced Seo Hee Ham at UFC Fight Night 79, but against lost via unanimous decision. Casey picked up her first UFC win in her third bout under the promotion, stopping Cristina Stanciu with strikes in the first round of their bout at UFC Fight Night 91. In her most recent outing, Casey submitted Randa Markos to pick up her second UFC victory.

UFC Fight Night 100 takes place live from the Ginasio do Ibirapuera on Nov. 19. A light heavyweight bout between Alexander Gustafsson and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira is set to headlined the card.
