UFC Fight Night 97, which was set to take place live from Pasay City, Philippines, has been canceled. A fighter scheduled to compete on the card revealed the news to The Sprawl’s own John King moments ago.
The card was originally set to be headlined by a featherweight bout between BJ Penn and Ricardo Lamas, but Penn withdrew from the bout with an injury days ago.

- Flyweight – Yao Zhikui vs. Jenel Lausa
- Featherweight – Cole Miller vs. Mizuto Hirota
- Preliminary Card (UFC Fight Pass)
- Middleweight – Sam Alvey vs. Alex Nicholson
- Lightweight – Jon Tuck vs. Alex Volkanovski
- Middleweight – Dong Yi Yang vs. Ryan Janes
- Women’s Strawweight – Seo Hee Ham vs. Danielle Taylor
- Welterweight – James Moontasri vs. Alex Morono
- Flyweight – Kyoji Horiguchi vs. Ali Bagautinov
