UFC veteran Norman Parke (22-5-1), has been ruled out of his bout with Decky Dalton (6-1) at Cage Legacy. Parker recently competed at ACB 47, picking up a unanimous decision victory over Andrew Fisher. Unfortunately, he also picked up a 45-day ban from Safe MMA, forcing him out of the show’s main event.

The promotion commented:

“On October 1st Norman Parke fought on Absolute Championship Berkut (ACB). Parke was given a forty-five day ban from Safe MMA.

Although the decision is disappointing, Cage Legacy takes professional and amateur fighter safety very seriously. Cage Legacy fully coheres with the safety standards that Safe MMA rightly enforce to ensure fighter safety is at the fore.

The show must go on. Decky Dalton will fight at Cage Legacy One against a new exciting opponent. The fight will be announced later today.”

More news on the replacement as and when it comes in.
