In a rematch of their 2012 encounter at OMMAC 13, David Round and Andy DeVent are set to do battle once more at Tanko 2 on December 3.

It was Round (15-19) who emerged victorious that night, securing the triangle finish in the first round. The Welshman has since gone on to fight a who’s who of both the UK and European scenes, throwing his hat in the ring at every given opportunity. Whilst the results have been mixed, Round has had his moments, most notably when he knocked out Sean Carter at BCMMA 14 in February.

DeVent (13-10) picked up the BAMMA Lonsdale middleweight title in 2015, though a bid to unify this with the world title three months later was ultimately unsuccessful. The 38-year-old was set to take a second bite at the cherry at BAMMA 26, only for then world champion John Phillips to miss weight by 13lbs, forcing the bout to be cancelled.

The event is set to be headlined by promotional standout, Brendan Loughnane as he takes on Paul Cook.

Tanko 2 takes place at the Victoria Warehouse, Manchester on December 3. Tickets are available HERE.
