Following on from medalling at the Europeans earlier on in the year and receiving his black belt, Lloyd Cooper has won the Densetsu eight-man tournament, featuring some outstanding grappling talent from across the UK.
Cooper secured his victory via heel hook in all three matches, cementing himself as one of the best grapplers in the UK in the process. Cooper has a match against Paddy Pimblett coming up on Tanko Submission Championship and with these wins in the bag, it sets him up perfectly for the match against his former team mate.
Unsurprisingly, Ffion Davies won the female tournament with a dominant display, again proving herself as one of the most feared grapplers in the UK.
