The return of SHINOBI Fighting Championships is finally upon us; The promotion are set to hold their first show since July 30, where SHINOBI WAR 8 hosted one of the most recognised fights in UK MMA history. On that night in Liverpool, Irish standout Dylan Tuke faced Liverpudlian Adam Ventre. After a one sided first round that saw Ventre drop Tuke with strikes on numerous occasions, the Irishman rebounded in the second, choking Ventre unconscious. To this day, the fight is still renowned as one of the greatest fights to take place in the UK.
SHINOBI are coming back with a bang. as they hold SHINOBI WAR 9: Winter Warfare this Saturday inside the Liverpool Olympia, in Liverpool.
The card features massive names such as Mike Grundy, who won Bronze in the 2014 Commonwealth games in wrestling, Molly McCann, who has competed, and won on shows such as Cage Warriors Fighting Championship, and Shock N’ Awe, “Meatball” has made a name for herself on the UK MMA scene, amassing a 3-1 professional record. Also on the card, the aforementioned Adam Ventre makes his long awaited return to the cage, facing undefeated prospect Mathieu Morciano.
