‘Super’ Bill Beaumont has been forced to pull out of his scheduled bout vs. Kes Mamba due to a back injury. the fight was set to headline ROC 3, which takes place on Oct. 15 in the City Pavilion in Romford, Essex.

Beaumont announced the news on his Facebook.

The Englishman, who holds an 8-1 professional record and headlined ROC 1, was set to make his first appearance since suffering the first loss of his professional career last time out. That loss came to Josh Collins at UCMMA 46; Beaumont dropped a Unanimous Decision and subsequently lost his welterweight title. Beaumont fought twice in 2015, with the first coming at ROC 1, where he stopped David Round in the first, and the second at BAMMA 23, where he defeated Marcin Prostko by decision.

It is currently unclear whether the promotion will pull Kes Mamba from the card, or seek a replacement. The Sprawl have reached out to ROC Promoter Brad Pickett but have received no response as of yet.
