Nad Narimani is undoubtedly one of the most talented fighters in the UK right now. The Englishman is currently 29-years-old, and has competed against some of the best on the scene. With victories over four previously undefeated opponents, Nad always comes to fight. He’s probably most well known for the back and forth war he had with Alex Enlund at Cage Warriors 73.

He started his professional career with five straight wins, one of those over now former UFC fighter Marcin Wrzosek. Nad’s first loss came in his Cage Warriors debut, where he was on the wrong end of a super close split decision against Graham Turner. He rebounded from the loss with two straight victories over Athinodoros Michailidis and Benjamin Brander before competing against Alex Enlund in that infamous fight.

Five rounds of back and forth action, with both men wearing the fight on their faces, and it was Enlund who walked away with a decision win, and the Cage Warriors Featherweight Championship. Back to the drawing board it was, and almost a year later, Narimani returned to face Jeremy Petley at BAMMA 23. In perhaps an over-matched fight, Nad picked up a first round stoppage, and then went on to return to Cage Warriors.

His return to the promotion was his most recent bout to date. The 29-year-old faced Daniel Requeijo at Cage Warriors 76 in June of 2016. After a cancelled bout vs. Arnold Quero at Cage Warriors 79, Narimani was given this opportunity, a featherweight title fight against the current champion in his hometown. Never somebody to turn a fight down, Nad accepted, and now will face Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett this Saturday at Cage Warriors 82.
