The Ultimate Fighting Championship is returning to Japan. The promotion are set to hold a show their in Septenber.
The news was announced by the UFC Asia social media accounts.

The date for the event is September 23, which is a Saturday. The promotion have confirmed that it will be a Fight Night card, but the number of the event is yet to be revealed. On September 23, the Saitama Super Arena will play host to the event.
Josh Barnett defeated Roy Nelson in the UFC’s last trip to Japan, earning a unanimous decision win after five rounds. Also on the card, Uriah Hall scored a second round stoppage victory over Gegard Mousasi.
