A women’s bantamweight contest between Lucie Pudilova and Ji Yeon Kim has been added to UFC Fight Night 111, which takes place in Singapore.
UFC officials announced the bout today.
Pudilova (6-2) was unsuccessful in her promotional debut, dropping a decision to Lina Lansberg; it was the second time the pair have fought, with Pudilova losing by decision both times. Prior to the loss, “Bullet” was riding a three fight win streak with two decisions.
Kim (6-0-2) had both of her first two professional MMA fights end in a draw, but since then has amassed six straight wins, with four stoppages. Kim will be making her UFC debut, and is coming off a second round submission victory over Tao Li at TFC 13.
UFC Fight Night 111 takes place live from the Singapore Indoor Stadium on June 17. The card is set to be headlined by a women’s bantamweight fight between former champion Holly Holm and Bethe Correia.
