A women’s strawweight title fight between current champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Jessica Andrade is set for UFC 211.

The fight was first announced by Polish outlet Sport.PL, and later confirmed by sources close to FloCombat.

Jedrzejczyk (13-0 MMA, 7-0 UFC) is one of the most decorated strikers in WMMA history, and has four stoppages via strikes in her 13 wins. She went 2-0 in the UFC before earning a title shot against Carla Esparza, a fight which she won by TKO in Round 2. Since then, the Pole has gone on to defeat Jessica Penne, Valerie Letourneau, Claudia Gadelha for a second time, and most recently, fellow Pole Karolina Kowalkiewicz.

Andrade (16-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) went 4-3 as a bantamweight in the UFC, but has raelly shown how dangerous she is since her move down to 115lbs. She made her strawweight debut at UFC 199 against Jessica Penne, and won the fight via TKO in Round 2. The Brazilian followed that up with a submission over Joanne Calderwood before most recently defeating Angela Hill by decision in a Fight of the Year contender at UFC Houston.

UFC 211 takes place live from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas on May 13, 2017. The card is expected to be headlined by a heavyweight title fight between current champion Stipe Miocic and Junior dos Santos.
