A lightweight bout between Jeremy Kennedy and Kyle Bochniak has been added to UFC on FOX 25.

The promotion announced the bout earlier today.

Kennedy (10-0) has won his first two UFC fights, both by decision. In his promotional debut, the Canadian defeated Alex Ricci, earning a win at UFC on FOX 21. Following on from that, the 24-year-old defeated Rony Jason at UFC Fight Night 106. Kennedy has not earned a stoppage win since 2014.

Bochniak (7-1) debuted in the UFC with a decision loss to Charles Rosa. That fight took place at UFC Fight Night 81 in Boston. The 30-year-old next returned to the cage seven months later when he earned a split decision victory over Enrique Barzola at UFC on FOX 21.

UFC on FOX 25 takes place live from the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, New York, on Saturday, July 22. The card is set to be headlined by a middleweight fight between former division champion Chris Weidman and Kelvin Gastelum.
