At UFC 203, reigning heavyweight kingpin Stipe Miocic got the opportunity to defend his strap in his home town, and he delivered the goods.
It was Miocic’s first defence of the title, after he starched Fabricio Werdum to win it at UFC 198. The Ohio native’s next challenge will be Junior dos Santos, an old foe, who is the last person to defeat him.
