Englishman Ian Entwistle has officially retired from mixed martial arts. This decision comes after his scheduled UFC London bout was scrapped earlier today.

Entwistle missed weight by 4lbs yesterday, and hours before the UFC London card was due to start today, it was announced that he had been deemed medically unfit to compete.

“Enty” announced the news on Facebook. MMAJunkie’s Chamaktar Sandhu posted a screenshot of his announcement on Twitter.

The 30-year-old ends his career with a professional record of 9-3, and a UFC record of 1-2.
