Lauzon MMA fighter Joe Proctor has officially been released by the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
The 31-year-old revealed the news over Twitter.

Proctor (11-5 MMA, 4-4 UFC) made his promotional debut at The Ultimate Fighter 15 Finale, defeating Jeremy Larson in the first round. Following a loss to Ramsey Nijem in his second fight, Proctor put together two straight wins, defeating Cristiano Marcello and Justin Salas. In his most recent outing, Proctor was stopped by Bryan Barberena; the loss marked his second straight stoppage defeat.
