UFC newcomer Desmond Green and Josh Emmett are set to square off at UFC 210 in Buffalo in a lightweight contest.

Buffalo News first reported the signing and fight, which was later confirmed by multiple outlets.

Green (19-5) is the former Titan FC Featherweight Champion. The New Yorker has amassed 19 wins in his 24-professional contests, and has fought many highly known MMA fighters. His list includes names such as Kurt Holobaugh, Steven Silver, and Miguel Torres, who are all UFC veterans.

Emmett (11-0) is a part of one of the most successful gyms in the world, Team Alpha Male, and proved just how good he was in his UFC debut. Emmett stepped up on short notice to make his UFC debut, and still pulled out a split decision win against Jon Tuck. In his second, and most recent bout, the 31-year-old took a decision win over Scott Holtzman.

UFC 210 takes place live from the Keybank Centre in Buffalo, New York on April 8th, 2017. The card is set to be headlined by a light heavyweight title fight between current champion Daniel Cormier and Anthony Johnson.
