A Women’s Strawweight Bout between Angela Magana and Amanda Cooper has been added to UFC 218.

The MMA Kings first broke the news on Twitter.

Magana (11-8 MMA, 0-2 UFC) has caused much controversy in the UFC, most notably the ‘incident’ with Cris Cyborg at the UFC Athletes Retreat. “Your Majesty” competed on TUF 22, but was stopped by Aisling Daly. Since the tournament, Magana has gone 0-2, dropping losses to Tecia Torres and Michelle Waterson. The 34-year-old is without a win since 2011.

Cooper (2-3 MMA, 1-2 UFC) also competed on the 22nd season of The Ultimate Fighter, and won three straight fights, before losing at the shows Finale against Tatiana Suarez. Following that bout, “ACB” took a decision win over Anna Elmose before being submitted by Cynthia Calvillo in the first round of their bout at UFC 209.

UFC 218 takes place live from Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan on December 2, 2017.
