Fear the return, well, the return of Amanda Nunes. Ronda Rousey returned, and got sent straight back away by “The Lioness”.
It’s not the first time a Ronda Rousey fight has ended in under one minute, but it’s not usually her on the receiving end of it. Ronda came out, looked stiff as she usually does, and after a stiff jab connected, Amanda just went for it.
Nunes repeatedly tagged Ronda with the jab and the right hand, and it only got worse when Rousey tried to throw strikes back. Her head was getting snapped back repeatedly and every time she tried to clinch, Amanda would throw her off.
With Amanda pushing forward, tagging Ronda over and over again, Ronda planted her feet, and threw a left hand of her own, but at the same time walked into Amanda Nunes’ left hand. It visibly hurt Ronda, who stumbled back, Amanda followed her, lit her up with more strikes before Herb Dean stopped the fight with only the cage holding Ronda up.
