Is Chris Fishgold’s next title defense going to be against Ryan Scope? Scope certainly hopes so. The Englishman ripped into Fishgold today on Twitter, following an earlier Facebook post by the Cage Warriors Lightweight Champion.
Fishgold, who won the Cage Warriors Lightweight Championship at Cage Warriors 77 and has made two defenses since, wrote this on Facebook.
The post is almost certainly aimed at Scope, as Fishgold even mentions his last fight and his 10-0 record. Scope, who doesn’t actually have a Facebook account, found out another way, and it didn’t please him.
Scope responded by ripping into Fishgold, saying this:

Scope’s last fight was at ACB: Glasgow while Fishgold defended his title at Cage Warriors: Unplugged in November of 2016. Cage Warriors and Fishgold have confirmed that his next fight will be in the Echo Arena in his home city of Liverpool on April 1st. Scope may want to fight before then, or may just set his sights on Fishgold.
