It’s finally going to happen. The Invicta FC debut of Laura ‘Hot Head’ Howarth is set to take place on May 7 in California. Standing opposite Howarth in the cage will be South Carolina’s 25-year-old, Alexa Conners (8-1).
Laura Howarth (2-1), the only UK fighter signed with the all-female promotion, hasn’t fought since her loss to Sweden’s Lina Lansberg at Cage Warriors 71.
Laura has been waiting to announce herself on the Invicta stage since singing her three-fight contract with the company.
Alexa Conners made her pro debut in 2011 and has built an impressive record since, she is the current USFFC champion. A tough debut will be waiting for both of them at Invicta 17.
