Early in the year, #3 ranked UK amateur middleweight Jenaid Ebanks announced that he would be fighting on ACB Manchester in his professional debut. Now, Ebanks has an opponent.

Ebanks will be facing ASW Hemsworth product Marcin Prostko, who holds a record of 4-2.

Ebanks (9-0 AM) has six finishes in his nine amateur victories, and holds the FCC Amateur Middleweight Championship. The belt, which he has defended once, was originally won by him at FCC 16 where he submitted Graham Mealand with a guillotine in the fifth round. The lone defence of his belt came in his last bout, where he took a decision victory over Brent Teirney at FCC 17.

Prostko (4-2) trains at ASW Hemsworth alongside some of the best fighters in the UK, including UFC fighters Marc Diakiese and Scott Askham. He started his professional career with a first round submission over Brad Carter before stopping Jon Ferguson at the 4:56 mark of the first round at Say Uncle Fight Night 2. In his third contest, he returned to CSFC, where he made his professional debut and stopped Roger Griffin in the second round of their bout. Prostko then faced Shaun Lomas, and won the bout via decision. The Pole suffered his first professional loss to Bill Beaumont at BAMMA 23 before dropping a submission loss to Moein Norbakhsh at FCC 17.

ACB Manchester takes place live from the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England on March 11, 2017. The card is headlined by a middleweight fight between Luke Barnatt and Mamed Khalidov.
