Upstart promotion FightStar Championship are set to make their London debut in December and have today exclusively revealed to The Sprawl the main event for their trip to the capital.

The card, which features a plethora of #UKMMA talent soon to unveiled, will be headlined by a Light-heavyweight title bout between Norman Paraisy (15-4-2) and Arunas Andriuskevicus (11-4).

Paraisy, a two-time competitor on The Ultimate Fighter, will compete professionally for the first time since losing his Cage Warriors Middleweight title shot to Jack Hermansson back in 2014. Paraisy, 30, has recently moved back to Paris after a spell living in California, where he trained at Black House.

Lithuanian export Andriuskevicus has been competing on the UK circuit for nearly a decade, however in recent years his appearances have been far more infrequent. The London Shootfighters product will bring a four-fight win streak into the contest, however three of those fights took place pre-2012. After a four-year hiatus, Andriuskevicus successfully returned to the cage last November on UCMMA 45, where he dusted off Edgaras Banikonis in just 88 seconds.

FightStar Championship 8 is set to go down on Saturday, December 10 from the Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre, in West London. Tickets can be purchased HERE. Other high profile matches are due to be announced, so as always, keep yours eyes peeled geezers and gazelles, as The Sprawl has you covered.
