Upstart Brazilian promotion Fight 2 Night have released details on their debut show, which is set for November 4th at the Marina Da Gloria in Rio De Janeiro.

The main event features a light-heavyweight clash between notables Thiago Silva (17-5) and Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou (17-15). Both have endured rather underwhelming careers despite their early promise, with Silva also going through a bevy of legal troubles. The Brazilian will bring a one-fight win-streak into the contest after edging UK heavyweight Stav Economou via decision earlier this year, whilst Sokoudjou received a pasting just last weekend at the hands of KSW champion Tomasz Narkun.

It’s UFC vs. Bellator alumni in the co-main event, as welterweights Hernani Perpeuto (18-5) and Karl Amoussou (23-7-2) are set to meet. Both men were released from their respective US promotions back in 2014, however Amoussou has been far more active since, winning six straight contests all by stoppage. Perpetuo has fought just once since receiving his walking papers from the UFC, a 93-second win on the Brazilian circuit.

Former BAMMA Welterweight champion Cheick Kone (15-4) is also due to compete on the card, against 5-year UFC vet Paulo Thiago (16-9). Kone is 2-0 since losing his BAMMA crown to John Phillips earlier this year, meanwhile Thiago is one a one-fight ‘win-streak’, after losing eight of his previous ten contests.

Also on the card, Brit Danny Mitchell (18-8-1) takes on former Olympic judoka Leonardo Leite (9-0), Virna Jandiroba (8-0) is tapped to meet TUF veteran Lisa Ellis (15-10) at strawweight and William Macario (7-3) and Dylan Andrews (17-7) compete for the first time since their UFC releases in early 2015.

The Mitchell bout may appear to be in jeopardy though, as ‘The Cheesecake Assassin’ posted the following status on Twitter earlier:
