Yesterday, on Friday 2nd December, it was announced that Ellis Hampson was out of his co-main event bout against Kane Mousah at Tanko FC 2 after collapsing during his weight cut.

Since the news, Tanko officials have been working non stop to find an opponent for Mousah (7-1), who is looking to rebound from his first professional loss, and they have now found one.

Tanko FC contacted The Sprawl’s John King moments ago to reveal the news, explaining that Hampson has been replaced by undefeated Onur Caglar, who holds a professional MMA record of 3-0.

A Tanko representative confirmed to The Sprawl that the bout would remain in the co-main event slot.

Tanko FC 2 takes place live from the Victoria Warehouse, in Manchester, England later today, on Dec. 3rd. Doors open for the event at 5pm. The event is set to be headlined by a lightweight encounter between Brendan Loughnane and Paul Cook.
