Yesterday the matchmakers at Tanko announced three new match ups for their debut grappling card on May 14. Adding to an already exciting main and co-main event, featuring UK BJJ standouts such as Dan Strauss and Marc Goddard, the rest of the card is slowly starting to fill up with more premiere UK talent.
Announced yesterday were the following bouts:
U68kg Gi: Tyrone Elliot vs. Jake Corrigan
U95kg Gi: Martin Cahill v Mark Bottom
Claudio Silva vs. Chris Regan
These matches are a great addition to the card and are sure to provide plenty of action before the main event. In particular, look out for the Elliot-Corrigan match between two of the UK’s standout brown belts, one which promises to be a closely fought contest.
